On 14 June 2025, the demolition phase of the old building was officially completed, and we moved on to the next important stage – excavating a 40 cm-deep trench. At this stage, we are also collecting soil samples for geological testing, which are necessary to assess the load-bearing capacity of the soil and to further evaluate the accuracy of the foundation design.
The next step is the preparation of the foundation base: the crushed stone has already been delivered and spread, all installation works have been completed, and the concrete has been poured.
All construction processes are supervised by the general contractor and the technical architect, who coordinate their work in close cooperation with the relevant regulatory bodies and local authorities, such as the local traffic department, the official board of architects, and the insurance service. The project is implemented in a coherent and precise manner, functioning as a single, integrated system.
