The construction works on the construction site continue – tying of reinforcement and laying of engineering communications under the building foundation.
The reinforcement is knitted by hand from the bottom floor to create a solid and sturdy frame grid for reinforced concrete structures. This approach is designed to be resistant to loads and seismic effects.
In this way, drainage and communication channels are laid in compliance with all technical regulations. Particular attention is paid to waterproofing and proper pipe laying to avoid the risk of leaks or damage in the future.

At each stage, representatives of the certification service and technicians visit the construction site. This ensures that the materials and technologies used meet the highest construction standards.
Ahead is the pouring of reinforced concrete columns, installation of metal supports and floor slabs.
