Construction is progressing steadily, and brickwork is actively underway throughout the building. Inside the house, 99% of all walls and partitions planned in the project have already been completed, allowing
the interior spaces to take on their final layout and structure.
Sound and thermal insulation works have also been completed. This is an important stage that directly affects the comfort of future owners: the spaces will be protected from excessive noise as well as temperature fluctuations.
The next stage will focus on the terrace area. In the near future, construction of the required terrace walls will begin, including the structure for the open summer kitchen, as well as the walls around the
pool and the technical area.
From the upper terrace there is a beautiful view of the city and the sea, which residents will later be able to enjoy while relaxing outdoors. For now, each stage of construction is bringing the entire
building closer to its final result.
