Construction works at the site are continuing at an active pace. A grounding connection has been welded to each steel column—an important engineering measure that enhances the overall safety of the building in compliance with current construction standards.
A layer of roofing felt is being applied over the floor slabs as a waterproofing membrane to protect against capillary moisture. Although this solution is not universally used, it is highly effective and durable.
During the works, we were also able to optimize the layout and provide additional storage space in the ground-floor (BAJO) apartments, which will make living there even more comfortable and functional.
