We have successfully completed the pouring of the final floor slab of our building and can now move on to the construction of the rooftop swimming pool.
Before pouring the pool basin, our specialists are installing a layer of thermal insulation. This system prevents condensation and eliminates the risk of moisture in the apartments located below the pool — a very important factor for the comfort and health of the apartment owners and for the building’s long-term durability.
Meanwhile, additional construction works are advancing: the staircase on the top floor is being poured, and the walls and partitions in the technical roof area are taking shape. Gradually, the final architectural silhouette of the building is beginning to take shape.
In the near future, workers will begin dismantling the temporary slab supports on the lower floors. After that, the active delivery of materials for the construction of walls and internal partitions on the lower levels will begin.
Construction is progressing confidently and dynamically — each stage brings us closer to creating a modern and reliable home.
