Construction is progressing actively and according to schedule. Our team is carrying out a full scope of works related to the future pool area. All necessary installations for the pool, terrace, and technical zone have been completed — the piping has been laid, service routes prepared, and connection points installed.
At the same time, reinforcement is being installed on the key sections of the slabs and columns, and the remaining elements of the main staircase and the slab above the lift shaft are being poured.
The works are being carried out sequentially and with high precision, with each stage performed under the supervision of the technical architect and specialist engineers.
