Work on the next floor of the building is well under way on site. The team has completed the formwork and carefully bonded the rebar, providing a solid foundation for the future slab.
Once the structures have been prepared, the concrete is poured – the key stage that forms the monolithic slab.
In parallel, reinforced concrete columns were poured, forming the strong load-bearing frame of the building. The installation and pouring of the remaining columns will be completed in the coming days.
All stages of construction are under the strict control of the technical architect, the general contractor and the construction supervision service. Every element is checked for compliance with the design documents and quality standards, ensuring the durability and safety of the future home.
