We are pleased to announce that the Vida Del Mar residential project received its official building license in April 2025.
This is an important milestone that paves the way for the launch of the project in the heart of Nerja, on the Costa del Sol. Construction work is scheduled to start in the coming months. The complex will consist of 5 modern apartments located in a prestigious area close to the historic centre, beaches and developed infrastructure.
